Wholesale inquiries are welcome! Just contact Amber for pricing and terms. Please do keep in mind that certain items are not available at standard wholesale pricing, as Amber works alone.
Current Turnaround Time:
Approx. 2-10 days before shipping, depending upon the item, materials, time of year & Amber’s schedule. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received.
Materials:
All raw metals (wire, sheet, etc.) are recycled/reclaimed metal, and no harsh chemicals are used during the fabrication process. All packaging and business cards are made from recycled paper.
Ordering:
PayPal payment is instant, whereas PayPal “e-checks” take a few days to clear. Please keep this in mind when ordering gifts or if you have a time constraint. If you have a deadline, PLEASE contact Amber BEFORE purchase. Depending upon the item, there may be an added rush fee, the amount of which depends on the item, time of year, Amber’s schedule, and material inventory.
You can use most major credit and bank cards with PayPal, however, you may be required to sign up for a PayPal account fter a certain number of purchases are made. This is easy, quick & safe.
If you prefer to pay via Google, for the moment, please contact Amber for an invoice for now. We hope to have Google & Amazon payments in addition to PayPal soon. Thanks!
Texas residents will pay sales tax, which will be added during checkout.
Shipping & Packaging:
Items are gift-wrapped in a natural brown recycled “kraft” gift box which is handstamped with the Bijoutiful logo, and tied with organza ribbon–all by hand. Bijoutiful uses bubble envelopes made of post-consumer recycled paper as well as recycled brown “kraft” packing paper for safe shipping.
Bijoutiful ships WORLDWIDE. Customs labels will not be falsified in any way, shape or form, or marked as “gift”, as this is all against the law. Please don’t ask. International packages may attract duties and fees–these are the responsibility of the buyer, not Bijoutiful. Please be aware of your country regulations prior to purchasing. We will now be using 3rd party insurance for International orders.
All shipping is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
US orders will have delivery confirmation, and orders of US $50.00 or more will be insured automatically.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact Amber within 3 days of receipt. You should be happy with your jewelry!
Repairs can also be made for anything you manage to break for a nominal fee.
Other Important Stuff You Should Know:
METAL WILL BREAK WITH REPEATED BENDING AND STRESS. Please be careful when bending cuffs, bracelets and earwires, as there is a repair fee.
If you mistakenly request the wrong size (rings, cuffs, bracelets) this fee will apply should you wish to return it and ave it resized. This cost depends upon the original size, and the size needed as well as labor & materials, so this is handled on a case by case basis. *Amber will only make repairs to her work provided nothing has been altered in any way by anyone else.
Some items may have some sharp points that integral to the design. Please be mindful when wearing such items, as we are not responsible for any possible resulting injuries or other damage.
