Sterling Silver Barbados Shell and Aquamarine Earrings

Handmade by Amber Yearwood

Handmade by Amber Yearwood

When home in Barbados, I love combing the beaches to find little treasures from the sea to incorporate in my designs.

I cast these lovely shells in sterling silver, added a wire-wrapped sterling bail to hang them from, oxidized and sanded them to make the detail really stand out. They are linked with beautifully dreamy, smooth pale blue aquamarine rondelles and hung from my own heat-formed sterling silver earwires.

A mixture of bright and oxidized sterling imparts a subtle contrast, and plays very well with the light blue aquamarine.

Super comfy, and a great addition to any beach girl’s wardrobe.

Measures approx. 1.25″, 3.17 cm long.

All metal is recycled sterling silver.

Can be made in other recycled metals, such as bronze, copper, and gold. Just contact me for a quote!
