Black Oxidized Forget Me Not Ring

Black Forget Stacking Me Not Ring

Handmade by Amber Yearwood

$46 USD plus s&h

A dark little flower graces the finger here. This ring is made using a real flower which has been cast in recycled sterling silver, then securely soldered atop a slender 2mm wide round band. The entire ring is then given a heavy, deep, dark patina. Finally, then entire ring is buffed with micro-crystalline museum wax in order to help preserve the finish.

Please specify ring size upon checkout to avoid production delays. If you are unsure of your ring size, you’ll find a nifty reusable ring sizer in the “Polish/Size” menu above, or you can have your finger sized for free at your local jeweler.

Flower measures approx. 8mm in diameter.

*Please note that the patina will change and evolve with you. Each ring and each flower will vary, as in nature, and as is the nature of handmade. Yay!

*PLEASE NOTE that I only use solder that does NOT contain lead or cadmium in my soldered pieces, and a natural non-toxic “pickle” to clean the metal after using the torch. All of my raw metals (wire, sheet, etc.) are recycled/reclaimed metal. When oxidizing, I also use liver of sulfur. No harsh chemicals.*
